Revamped Client Policy Statement
Effective Immediately Upon Purchase

Thank you for selecting Revamped as your partner in career development. The following policy governs all sales, payments, service timelines, and client satisfaction terms. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the conditions set forth herein.

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Revamped are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, services paid in full, via third-party financing platforms such as Affirm or Klarna, or through any in-house payment arrangements. Once payment is submitted, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstance.

2. No Refund Policy
Revamped operates under a strict no-refund policy. This applies uniformly to all services, irrespective of usage, engagement level, or changes in personal or professional circumstances. Clients are expected to review service details carefully prior to purchase. Affirm and Klarna users remain subject to their respective repayment schedules and terms; Revamped is not authorized to modify or cancel third-party payment agreements.

3. Commitment of Resources
Upon confirmation of purchase, Revamped allocates strategic, administrative, and intellectual resources to fulfill the scope of work outlined. As such, reversals, cancellations, or pauses are not permitted once services are initiated or delivered, in whole or in part.

4. Terms & Conditions Agreement
By submitting payment, the client affirms full acceptance of Revamped’s Terms & Conditions as outlined in the booking process. This includes all service-related policies, including but not limited to timelines, deliverables, rescheduling, and refund limitations.

5. Service Duration & Flexibility
While Revamped honors the uniqueness of each client’s career trajectory, service timelines are based on reasonable, collaborative expectations. Should the client require a temporary pause, services may be resumed at a mutually agreed-upon time, provided all obligations remain current. However, this does not alter the no-refund policy or extend service obligations indefinitely.

6. Satisfaction Clause
Client satisfaction is a priority, and concerns will be addressed in good faith. However, dissatisfaction alone does not warrant a refund. Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns promptly. Revamped reserves the right to determine the appropriate course of resolution, which may include reasonable revisions or clarifications within scope. There is no statute of limitations on when concerns may be raised, but redress will not include financial reimbursement under any condition.

7. Binding Agreement
This policy constitutes a binding agreement between the client and Revamped upon purchase. It is enforceable under applicable contract law, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Revamped’s governing jurisdiction and dispute resolution procedures.
