Revamped Client Policy Statement
Effective Immediately Upon Purchase

Thank you for selecting Revamped as your partner in career development. The following policy governs all sales, payments, service timelines, and client satisfaction terms. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the conditions set forth herein.

1. All Sales Are Final
Revamped maintains a strict no-refund policy. This policy applies uniformly to all services and programs, regardless of client usage, level of engagement, perceived satisfaction, or changes in personal, financial, or professional circumstances. By purchasing, clients affirm that they have reviewed all service descriptions, timelines, and deliverables in advance and accept full responsibility for their decision to engage.

All payments are final and non-reversible once submitted. Clients acknowledge that Revamped commits significant strategic, administrative, and intellectual resources upon purchase, and such commitments cannot be retracted or reallocated. Accordingly, non-participation, delay in engagement, or failure to complete required client actions does not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, or transfer of services.

Clients utilizing third-party financing platforms such as Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay remain bound by those providers’ repayment schedules and contractual terms. Revamped has no authority to alter, suspend, or cancel such third-party agreements, and clients remain solely responsible for fulfilling those obligations in full.

2. Commitment of Resources
Upon confirmation of purchase, Revamped immediately allocates strategic, administrative, and intellectual resources to fulfill the scope of work defined in the engagement. This allocation is tailored to the client’s career objectives and represents a substantial investment of time, expertise, and proprietary methodologies that cannot be reassigned or reclaimed once initiated. Accordingly, reversals, cancellations, substitutions, or pauses are not permitted once services have commenced or deliverables have been provided, in whole or in part.

Clients are entitled exclusively to the services and deliverables explicitly purchased and described within the agreed package. Payment does not entitle clients to services beyond the contracted scope, nor does it create an open-ended right to unlimited revisions, ongoing support, or additional deliverables outside the defined engagement. Any requests outside of scope may, at Revamped’s discretion, be subject to a separate agreement and additional fees.

This policy ensures that Revamped’s resources are deployed equitably, responsibly, and in strict alignment with the value of services purchased, thereby safeguarding both the client experience and the integrity of Revamped’s service model.

3. Terms & Conditions Agreement
By submitting payment, the client expressly acknowledges and affirms full acceptance of Revamped’s Terms & Conditions as outlined during the booking process. This acknowledgment constitutes a binding agreement and serves as confirmation that the client has reviewed, understood, and consented to all policies governing the engagement. These Terms & Conditions include, without limitation, provisions related to service timelines, deliverables, communication protocols, scheduling and rescheduling, confidentiality, intellectual property, and refund limitations.

Clients further agree that payment signifies a waiver of any claims of non-awareness or misunderstanding of these policies. Revamped reserves the right to amend or update its Terms & Conditions from time to time, provided that such updates will not materially alter the core services purchased without mutual consent. Continued participation in the program following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

4. Service Duration & Flexibility
Revamped recognizes that each client’s career trajectory is unique; however, all service timelines are governed by reasonable, collaborative expectations. Should a client request a temporary pause, services may be resumed at a mutually agreed-upon time, provided all financial and contractual obligations remain current. Such pauses do not amend the no-refund policy and do not extend service obligations indefinitely.

Clients further acknowledge that, similar to market externalities, factors beyond Revamped’s control—including but not limited to employer response times, labor market conditions, or delays in client responsiveness—may reasonably affect service delivery and outcomes. Accordingly, Revamped shall not be held liable for, nor will it accept responsibility for, delays, disruptions, or adverse outcomes arising from such external conditions. Unless agreed upon and documented in writing, clients agree that these circumstances do not constitute grounds to accelerate deliverables, impose undue pressure, or assign fault to Revamped. Engagement requires mutual accountability, cooperation, and respect for these constraints.

5. Satisfaction Clause
Revamped is committed to client satisfaction and will address concerns in good faith. Clients are encouraged to communicate any issues promptly and constructively to ensure timely resolution. While Revamped strives to deliver high-quality services, dissatisfaction with outcomes, subjective expectations, or perceived value does not, in itself, constitute grounds for a refund or financial reimbursement.

Revamped reserves the exclusive right to determine the appropriate course of resolution, which may include reasonable revisions, clarifications, or supplemental guidance, provided such actions remain within the defined scope of the purchased service. Clients acknowledge that remedies will be limited to service-related adjustments only and will never include monetary compensation, credits, or refunds.

There is no statute of limitations on when concerns may be raised during the course of the engagement; however, the form of redress will be at Revamped’s discretion and strictly service-based in nature. This ensures accountability while protecting the integrity of Revamped’s no-refund and all-sales-final policies.

6. Client Communication & Support
Revamped believes in maintaining open, transparent, and respectful communication throughout the engagement. Clients are entitled to reasonable access to updates, progress checks, and clarifications within the scope of their purchased service. While response times may vary based on volume and complexity, Revamped commits to addressing client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Clients are encouraged to proactively communicate questions, concerns, or scheduling needs as they arise, with the understanding that clear and timely communication supports the best possible outcomes. This clause affirms that Revamped values its clients’ investment and is committed to a collaborative process, provided such communication remains constructive and aligned with the agreed scope of services.

7. Binding Agreement
This policy constitutes a binding agreement between the client and Revamped upon purchase. It is enforceable under applicable contract law, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Revamped’s governing jurisdiction and dispute resolution procedures.
